Starting Tuesday January 15th

in the Grateful Yoga Sanctuary Space, Suite 302

Tuesdays from 5-6:30 pm for six weeks.

6 week Prenatal yoga series designed to prepare the expectant mother for labor, delivery, motherhood and beyond. During this series, we will be exploring tools to promote physical and emotional wellness during pregnancy. With an emphasis on self-acceptance and empowerment, classes will be broken down to focus on different stages and aspects of pregnancy, with a brief period of time at the beginning of each class for connection and information sharing; and the larger remainder of class dedicated to getting on our mats and practicing yoga together! Whether you are looking to build strength and endurance for labor, or whether you are looking to find peace and relaxation during this transformative time in your life, I invite you to join and not only connect with yourself, but with others who are also going through this  unique and life-changing experience.
