yoga for your head, neck + Shoulders

30-minute practices focused on stretching, lengthening and opening your head, neck and shoulders. I added in some gentle strengthening of the shoulders and postural awareness about how we can support our spines from the base up starting with the pelvic floor (mulabandha) and the lower abdominals (uddiyana bandha), drawing gently and steadily inward + upward.

YOGA FOR YOUR LOWER BACK

30-minute practices focused on strengthening AND support the lower back, mainly through the activation of the pelvic floor and lower abdominals. The lower back + abdominals are our center of gravity and often englected and under-cared for, please be gentle and patient with your body moving mindfully. If you aren’t sure what MULABANDHA is please watch our INTRO video again or ask Chrissy a question in the comments. It’s crucial to understanding the healthiest way to a strong and happy low back!
