Ashtanga Yoga Mysore Immersion

Immerse yourself in a month long Ashtanga Yoga intensive! Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a traditional method that consists of set sequences of postures that are performed flowing in unison with the breath. Come learn the Ashtanga primary series guided by Ashtanga teacher Johannah, gradually over the course of one month. Embrace a new early morning Yoga routine with classes 4 days/week! In this intensive you will memorize the asana sequence for primary series, as well as learn to incorporate drishti, bandhas, and pranayama to make for a deeply transformative and meditative experience. We will break down the postures and learn modifications for all body types to make the practice accessible to everyone. Over the course of this month you will increase strength, flexibility, stamina, focus, and energy as well as develop a personalized Yoga practice you can take with you anywhere.
