Thanks for being a part of this year’s challenge! If you are unfamiliar with how FebrYouary works, here’s the low-down:
The challenge is to spend 5 minutes daily LOVING YOURSELF for the 4 weeks of Feb. Since self-care looks differently for all, there is no requirement of how or what this should be. This is the 6th year of the FebrYOUarychallenge and it is most importantly a way to build community. We have a facebook group for anyone not on Instagram, contribute and FOLLOW our blog and this event page on the Grateful Yoga website to offer online support. We work hard to promote this as a personal challenge, not a competition.
