Exercise with Feeling
Tuesday mornings, 8:30-9:30 am
This is a simple exercise class with breathing.
As a massage therapist, I've seen too many people who struggled to find good posture, or injured in Yoga or other-type of exercise classes..
In this class, I want to bring your awareness to your body and want to help you to feel in good posture for Yourself which is changing everyday and in every minute.
This class is By Donation. I want to help people to feel grounded, this is my passion. So please feel free to join me any Tuesday mornings 8:30 am with comfortable clothes. If you have any questions, please email me.
