This is a 4 week series with Chrissy Lefavour is designed to share the Ashtanga Yoga method and philosophy as handed down from Sri K Pattabhi Jois. In this series you will learn how to move through postures safely and successfully. We will talk about breathing, core strength via bandhas, meditation and philosophy. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to learn more about Ashtanga Yoga.
