Love Your Brain - Mindful March

Every 13 seconds someone in the U.S. suffers a traumatic brain injury, often leading to lifelong physical and emotional challenges. Join us as we participate in #MindfulMarch with a donation-based vinyasa flow to support Brain Injury Awareness Month! 

All donations will help grow the LoveYourBrain Foundation’s flagship yoga program, which enables traumatic brain injury survivors to participate in affordable yoga and meditation classes tailored to their needs.

AND Grateful Yoga will match every dollar donated at the studio!
