Prenatal Yoga with Olivia Gelsinon

Wednesdays 4:15-5:15 pm

4 week series: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17 + 2/24

This class will include a gentle flow for prenatal women to stay fit and relax. Embrace the beautiful goddess within and take time to listen. Yoga is a great way to increase pelvic floor awareness and to establish a connection between the mind and body. This class is appropriate for both prenatal and postnatal women. All levels and abilities welcome!

$12/class, $40/4 week series
