For this restorative yoga class, we'll use props that support the body to hold gentle yoga poses. Perfect for beginner students as well as practiced yogis. Learn gentle poses that help to heal chronic stress and tension held in the body and mind, while receiving supportive hands on adjustment/massage from the instructor. Aromatherapy and guided awareness are incorporated through out to support you into a place of deep rest and relaxation.
