CALLING ALL BEGINNERS!
This 4 week series of classes will run through the month of February and examine how to move safely and comfortably through yoga poses, or asana. Chrissy will help students to find postures that are sustainable and offer effective variations to ones that aren't. Classes will focus on the basic sequencing of Ashtanga and vinyasa yoga such as sun salutations, standing/balancing postures, twists, seated forward folds and one restorative posture each week. Great for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their practice, align their body or learn something new!
$40/4 classes (not necessarily the same day + time each week, choose 4 of the 8 total classes in the series as it works for your schedule)
